Equestrian
Almost since its inception, the Ranch at Roaring Fork Homeowners
Association (RRF) has allowed homeowners the privilege of pasturing
their horses on the ranch. This privilege includes use of a fenced
pasture, corrals or paddocks, horse sheds, and area for stacking hay, a
riding arena, an elaborate trail system, a hitching post and horse
trailer parking area. The land and these facilities are the property of
the Association and may not be altered without its authority. It is the
intent of the Association that all costs dealing with the care and
feeding of these privately owned animals be borne exclusively by the
horse owners themselves. Rules and regulations regarding horse
management is entrusted to Horse Owners and the Chairman who have the
responsibility of obtaining approval for major actions from Ranch
management and the Association Board of Directors, who act on behalf of
the Homeowners. |
