"The Fishing Waterways Advisory Committee (FAC) is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors.  Its purpose is to identify, evaluate, and make recommendations to the Board to maintain, preserve, and improve fishing and the fishable waterways at the Ranch at Roaring Fork, to review and suggest appropriate amendments or additions to the fishing rules, regulations, and fees, to propose annual budgets of revenue and expense, and to perform such additional tasks as the Board from time to time may direct."
